Scale School starts at $10/day on ads. Once you know the ads are working and bringing in the right people, you scale according to your budget and settlement goals. You stay in control of the numbers at all times. As a general rule, we recommend allocating 10% of your revenue to lead generation.

How much time does Scale School take per week?

Accepted Answer

About five hours a week across calls, learning, and implementation. If you don't have five hours right now, that's exactly why the first thing we install is the Efficiency Engine — it creates that time for you before we ask you to do anything else.

I already have a team — will Scale School still work for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We assess what you've already got, identify what needs to change, and build from there. If you don't have a team yet, we set it up correctly from the start so you're not hiring out of desperation later.

No. Scale School uses a small number of low-cost tools that save hundreds of hours. Any investment in tech is immediately offset by what it saves in time and employment costs. You'll know when you're ready for each tool — we don't push anything on you before then.

Can I use my aggregator software with the Scale School workflows?

Accepted Answer

You can install the Scale School systems into your existing aggregator software, but we recommend running our workflow system separately because it's faster and cleaner. You won't need to double-handle data.

I'm not very tech-savvy. Is Scale School still right for me?

Accepted Answer

If you can post on Facebook and make an image in Canva, you're fine. Scale School provides step-by-step, click-by-click video tutorials for every setup, plus support through coaching calls, the community, or our team for an additional fee.

I do commercial or non-residential lending. Does Scale School apply to me?

Most of what Scale School teaches translates across the board. You might tweak a few things for your specific niche, and we work through that together in coaching calls. Scale School currently has brokers doing business funding, commercial, and private lending.
