These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at jesspeletier.com (the "Site"), including all content, resources, lead magnets, registration forms, and booking tools available through it.

The Site is operated by Jess Peletier Coaching trading as Scale School (ABN 23 656 647 979) ("we", "us", "our"). Our principal place of business is on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.

By accessing or using the Site in any way — including browsing, submitting a form, downloading a resource, or booking a call — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

       acknowledge that submitting a form or booking a call does not constitute enrolment in Scale School or create any contractual entitlement to services; and

       understand that any enrolment in Scale School is subject to a separate membership agreement and the terms applicable to that program.

We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy law, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

 

5. Marketing Communications and Spam Act Compliance
